Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in McLean, VA. The role involves leading the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs to support development and deployment.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts. Your responsibilities will include developing requirements to improve tools, facilitating meetings and workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and assisting in the use of JIRA and Salesforce applications.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of functioning as a business analyst for the federal government.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Demonstrate sharp analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.
