Summary
Alpha Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the United States. The role involves driving business requirements, user story development, and reporting/visualization capabilities in support of DevTech products.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead planning and business requirements gathering, author system support documentation, work with clinical data systems, collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), translate business requirements into user stories, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify risks, and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline or related field (or equivalent).
- 7–10 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience implementing clinical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes, data review, and data visualization tools.
- Proficient understanding of Quality Assurance/Compliance, GxP regulations, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Experience working within an SDLC framework (delivery, testing, software QA, change management).
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Pharma and/or Biotech industry.
- Working knowledge of clinical data systems such as EDC, Clinical Data Management platforms, and clinical data flow.
- Familiarity with data review and visualization tools (e.g., Veeva CDB, JReview).
- Experience working with global teams remotely.
- Understanding of change control and SDLC processes related to computer system validation.
