Summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Business Analyst with Security Clearance to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves partnering with internal business owners and external partners to understand new business opportunities and define functional requirements.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will support the development of documentation, analyze business and functional requirements, create high-level briefings, and work with government and team members to improve service delivery. You will also manage client interactions, perform risk management, and develop content across various media forms.
About You
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and/or design of information systems programs
- Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting DHS HQ or other US Federal Agencies
- Experience tracking and reporting project or program delivery progress and budget execution
- Knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
- Project Management, Agile, and/or Cyber Certifications (PMP / ACP / CSM / SAFe / CISM)
