About the Role
As a Business Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders, defining analytics, optimizing analytical solutions, interpreting complex results, sourcing and visualizing data, partnering with business leaders to implement KPIs, managing deliverable lifecycles within agile teams, and providing technical and analytical expertise throughout projects.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or CIS.
- 5 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining data, reporting, and analytical systems in the financial services industry.
- Experience with developing, maintaining, and optimizing Elastic and Tableau dashboards.
- Proficiency in complex SQL and ETL processes with multiple data sources.
Preferred:
- Experience with automating and maintaining complex data transformation pipelines.
- Familiarity with Retail Lending systems and application decisioning data models.
- Experience in agile software development processes using Jira and Confluence.
