About the Role
As a Business Applications Consultant, you will serve as the primary expert for the C-Track product, lead requirements gathering, support data analysis, and assist in customer training. You will work closely with the Engagement Manager and other team members to ensure successful project delivery, which may include travel for training and go-lives.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Implementation Analysis, or related work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems, Related Field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to groups.
- Highly organized with strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with or understanding of judicial/court processes.
