About the Role
As a Business Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, greeting patients, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and handling insurance claims and payments. You will also support Dentists by maintaining a comfortable environment for patients, ensuring a positive experience for both patients and the dental team.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- 1 to 2 years of dental front office experience.
- Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar platforms.
