- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Thorough knowledge of small business financial products and services.
Preferred:
- Community leadership experience.
- Strong computer skills with multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics preferred or seven years of relevant work experience.
