About the Role

As a Business Banking Underwriter II - Practice Finance, you will support Business Banking production by maintaining an individual pipeline of work. Your responsibilities will include reviewing financial and credit application information to make sound credit decisions, utilizing single approval authority up to $2MM, and appropriately assessing the risk profile of borrowers. You will also perform other duties as assigned to support the line of business and job family.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years’ experience with business or commercial underwriting in a centralized lending environment

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business related field
Ability to underwrite credit exposures in excess of $1MM
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources
Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality
