About the Role
As a Business Capture Manager, you will lead the capture planning and proposal process, develop and maintain the company pipeline database, monitor procurement portals, and research new opportunities. You will also coordinate and submit proposals, establish client partnerships, and supervise the Business Capture team. This position requires effective communication and project management skills to achieve organizational goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of Business Development experience with a minimum of 5 years in a manager role.
- Federal contract client-facing experience.
- Experience in government contracting, including service delivery, FAR, and relevant technical and contractual areas.
Preferred:
- Master's degree preferred.
