About the Role

As a Business Conservation Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers manage their conservable policies, ensuring a smooth transition when they leave their employer or when the employer leaves American Fidelity. You will collaborate with various departments to update customer information and assist lapsed direct bill customers in reactivating their policies. Additionally, you will utilize sales techniques to offer new coverages and explain the benefits of American Fidelity products and services.
