Summary
Elevance Health is seeking a Business Consultant to join their team in Lake Mary, FL. The role involves translating complex business needs into application software requirements and leading teams to analyze data and improve workflows.
About the Role
As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with management teams on global business issues, leading teams of analysts, determining software requirements, analyzing and designing solutions, and managing process improvement projects. You will also collaborate on automation efforts and perform analyses of data to solve complex business problems.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience, including analysis and project management.
Preferred:
- WGS claims experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skill level with MS Excel including pivot tables and v-lookup.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
