Your responsibilities will include advising on commercial activities, developing client training on legal topics, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will work on various legal areas such as product distribution, advertising, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Two years of experience in a corporate, law firm, non-profit, or government environment.
- Paralegal Certificate.
Preferred:
- In-house experience advising business clients.
- Business acumen to provide legal advice in strategic contexts.
- Experience in advertising and marketing law, product regulatory law, and contract negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills and a results-oriented approach.
