Summary
Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking a Business Data Analyst with an Active Secret Clearance to assist a federal client in the DC Metropolitan area. This role is crucial for helping the client make data-driven decisions.
About the Role
As a Business Data Analyst, you will generate analytical solutions to complex data problems, support data and analytics requests, create and present visualizations, and design and manage ETL processes. You will leverage Microsoft 365 applications and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data analytics tools.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
- An ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent data mapping and functional requirements documentation skills.
- Incredible attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, ETL tools, and Azure.
- Web Development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Drupal, etc.).
