Summary
People Culture Talent is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their client, a leading open AI evaluation platform, in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on supporting and expanding strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem.
About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with senior Business Development leadership to grow relationships with top global model labs. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing outreach campaigns, coordinating engagement across stakeholders, managing inbound interest, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to align messaging with product offerings.
About You
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or related role within a technical product environment (AI, infrastructure, SaaS, developer tools, or similar).
- Strong interest in the AI ecosystem, including familiarity with concepts such as training vs. inference, RLHF, and benchmarking.
- High levels of initiative and ownership, with the ability to operate effectively with limited direction.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, including comfort managing CRM systems, campaign tracking, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
- Exposure to closing smaller partnerships or deals, even if not in a primary closing role.
- Experience supporting outbound campaigns or growth initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Interest in AI research, developer communities, or emerging technology ecosystems.
