About the Role
As a Business Development Director, you will identify, prospect, and close new client opportunities for digital agency services. You will lead consultative discovery conversations, develop tailored proposals, manage a full sales pipeline, and collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful client solutions.
About You
Required:
8+ years of experience selling digital agency services, including digital marketing, web design, and marketing automation.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
Agency background strongly preferred.
Experience selling retainers and long-term engagements.
Existing professional network that can be leveraged for new opportunities.
