- Proven experience as a 180 or 360 recruiter, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or agency-based recruitment.
- Strong commercial awareness and the drive to build and own a specialist desk.
- Interest in medical communications, scientific engagement, and client-facing roles within pharma and biotech.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
