About You
- 10+ years of business development, marketing, or strategic client management experience in the AEC, healthcare, or professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership in both business development and marketing strategy.
- Strong communicator and facilitator with the ability to lead conversations and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
- Skilled collaborator comfortable guiding senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- Strong strategic thinker and storyteller capable of shaping pursuit narratives and market messaging.
- Experience tracking meaningful data (both quantitative and qualitative) and talent for interpreting it and communicating key insights to support decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
