About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, develop and manage partnerships with biotech and biopharma clients, support account planning, drive pipeline development, and lead contract negotiations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of customer solutions and capture market insights to inform commercial strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or field application roles within Biotech, Biopharma, or Life Sciences industries.
- Understanding of cell culture process development and media optimization.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in negotiations, project management, and strategic account development.
