Summary
Red Hat is seeking a Business Development Manager - Commercial Renewal to join their Global Commercial Sales Team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves overseeing the development of programs to support sales in designated market segments and developing lasting partnerships.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage the Commercial Renewal business strategy, design and manage renewals motion across Commercial subsegments, build GTM strategy for customer retention and growth, and coordinate with various teams to drive health checks and true ups. You will also report program results to leadership and define key results for financial performance and customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years post-degree business development, product management, solution architect, or product marketing experience.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferable.
- Deep market analytical skills and ability to conduct macro and micro level analysis.
Preferred:
- Software industry experience with virtualized cloud infrastructure and hybrid management solutions.
- Outstanding presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts.
