Summary

RS is seeking a Business Development Manager - Product Specialist for Motion Fluid Power/Pneumatics/Process in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on driving sales and product management in the field, working closely with customers and sales teams.

About the Role

In this hybrid role, you will spend 50% of your time on customer calls with Key Account Managers and the other 50% building direct relationships with customers and strategic suppliers. You will contribute to the growth of the Americas business by focusing on Pneumatics, Motion Control, and Process technologies. Responsibilities include supporting sales strategies, providing technology insights, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 5-7 years in business development.
Demonstrated ability and track record of new business development.
Technical knowledge of automation components including pneumatics, linear motion, motion control, and process instrumentation.
Experience of solution-based sales techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a regional field-based role.

Preferred:

Experience with SalesForce software.
