Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Avon, OH. The role involves identifying, developing, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for metallic and thermoplastic composite products.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining a sustainable sales pipeline with both existing and new clients. Your tasks will include researching potential clients, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and leveraging various channels to generate leads.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university, MBA a plus.
- Minimum 8 years experience in business development, customer program development, technical sales, or a related field.
- Experience in business development within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%) to meet with clients, attend events, etc.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with a corporate commercial organization or in a multi-business unit organization.
- Experience developing & implementing business development, customer management, or program management processes.
- Experience working with ISO9001 / AS9100 or similar quality system.
- Aerospace and defense experience.

- Base salary range of $100k–$150k with up to a 15% bonus target depending on experience.
