About You
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a paperless, high-paced environment.
- 2+ years in account management, customer service, or sales within financial services.
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
- CRM proficiency required, Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
