About You
- At least 1 year of BDR experience, sourcing and qualifying outbound meetings for sales executives.
- Proven track record of generating sales meetings via outbound prospecting.
- Previous experience selling or working with intranet platforms, employee experience tools, or HRIS/LMS integrations.
- Familiarity with SPICED methodology for qualification and discovery.
