Abrasive Technology is seeking a Business Development Representative - Dental for the Florida Region. The role involves leading the expansion of a new line of dental instruments across various markets in Florida.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and developing the Florida market for our new dental instrument line. Your daily tasks will include hunting new business, developing relationships with dental professionals, collaborating with Brand Ambassadors, and providing education on our products. You will travel extensively (80%) to meet clients and attend industry events, while leveraging marketing tools and CRM resources to strengthen brand visibility.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a strong hunter mentality; dental or medical device sales preferred.
- Experience building relationships with DSOs, dentists, and healthcare professionals.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a travel-heavy schedule.
- Strong business development and territory-building skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up abilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools to drive pipeline growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
