Summary

About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and pursue relationships with prospective referral sources, conduct outreach, manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, and execute territory development strategies. You will also plan and lead events to generate leads and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective messaging and lead handoffs.
About You
Required:- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
