Texas ABA Centers is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Pearland and Sugar Land, TX. The role involves generating leads and building relationships to support autism care services.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and grow relationships with prospective referral sources, conduct outreach through various methods, manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, and execute territory development strategies. You will also plan and lead events to support lead generation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and reporting.
About You
Required:
High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development, preferably in healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
