About the Role
As a Business Immigration Attorney, you will draft and assemble employer-sponsored visa petitions, support the PERM Labor Certification process, prepare client communications, track and analyze client documentation, and stay current on immigration policies and legislation. You will manage multiple assignments using internal case management tools and must possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
About You
Required:
- One to three years of US business immigration experience.
- Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Illinois bar.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and case management skills.
Preferred:
- Global immigration experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Top academic credentials.
