Medpace is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their rapidly growing Analytics and Business Intelligence team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on leveraging data and insights to drive strategic and operational efficiencies across the organization.
About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collaborate closely with leadership, product management, operations, finance, and technical teams to enhance and expand business intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities include designing and developing key metrics, reports, and dashboards, conducting complex data analysis, and supporting data architecture and design to drive business decisions and improve performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI and advanced SQL preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask while delivering high-quality work.
Preferred:
- Desire to learn fundamental technical skills such as SQL, DAX, and Data Modeling.
- Experience in data visualization, storytelling, and data warehousing.
- Ability to work with complex data sets and design long-term analytical solutions.
