As a Business Lines Territory Manager, you will own and manage an assigned territory, driving profitable growth through agency partnerships and optimizing territory performance. Your responsibilities include creating and executing territory strategies, conducting agency outreach, managing renewal processes, and collaborating with internal business partners to enhance agency performance and profitability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum three years of insurance experience within a carrier or agency.
- Knowledge of company services, products, marketing techniques, and insurance industry trends.
- Proven success in developing and building partnerships, decision making, and problem solving.
- Strong analytical thinking, business analytics, and business development skills.
Preferred:
- Exposure to revenue growth and sales success in a prior role.
- Working knowledge of production management, claims, loss prevention, underwriting, and agency business operations.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills.
