As a Business Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling litigation cases, including written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and substantive motions. You will attend mediations, court appearances, and assist at trials and arbitrations. The position requires collaboration within a team and offers exposure to varied and sophisticated legal matters.
About You
Required:
- 4-6 years of litigation experience within a Business Litigation Practice Group.
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
- Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations.
- Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Trusts and estates litigation experience.
