About the Role
As a Business Litigation Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials. Your responsibilities will include taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, drafting and arguing legal documents, and developing litigation strategies. You will manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
About You
Required:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation.
- Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience.
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Preferred:
- Active bar license in good standing in California.
