About the Role
As a Business Manager - Energy Systems, you will be responsible for managing budgets, financial performance, and ensuring revenue and profit targets are achieved. You will oversee cost management, monitor project activity, and align operational capabilities with customer needs. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline, lead pricing strategies, and build strong customer relationships. The role also involves managing capital investments, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and leading a high-performing team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in the renewable energy industry across areas like product management, engineering, or sales.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional and global projects.
- Strong financial acumen with understanding of DCF and ROI impacts.
Preferred:
- Skilled in performance management, staffing, and employee development.
- Able to simplify complex information and present it effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting financial and legal data.
- Strategic thinker with risk management and contingency planning capabilities.
