About the Role
As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of Public Aid applications, maintaining financial files for residents, enrolling residents in direct deposit, and acting as a liaison between the corporate office and families regarding billing inquiries. You will also handle Medicare and Medicaid eligibility checks, manage collections, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
