Summary
Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team in Ashburn, VA. The role involves supporting Agile development and operations for critical systems within the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Passenger Systems Program Directorate.
About the Role
As a Business Process Analyst, you will collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and developers to elicit requirements, document them in JIRA, and prioritize the backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will also work with development teams to define technical and QA requirements, adapt to customer environments, and foster innovative ideas. The position may involve manual testing and scrum master duties, but the primary focus will be on business process analysis.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS with 12+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree, or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban supporting Agile efforts.
- At least five (5) years of experience writing user stories, slicing features, using test suites, and maintaining issue backlog.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA.
Preferred:
- Active CBP Background Investigation.
- Experience with CBP Passenger Systems Program Directorate.
- Previous experience developing software applications in a DevOps environment utilizing technologies such as Java, HTML5/JavaScript, Oracle, and web services or IBM MQ.
