Summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join their team in Fairview Heights, IL. The role focuses on assessing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
About the Role
As a Business Process Consultant, you will lead and facilitate process discovery workshops, document current and future state processes, analyze workflows for gaps and inefficiencies, and develop process design recommendations. You will work directly with clients to gather business requirements and support high-visibility meetings, ensuring alignment with broader project goals.
About You
Required:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's.
- TWO (2) years of experience in military, consulting, finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in business process design, process improvement, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading client workshops.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
