Summary
Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Business Process Specialist, Employee Health & Benefits to join their team in Greensboro, NC. The role involves managing and supporting critical back-end operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
About the Role
As a Business Process Specialist with the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will oversee outsourcing teams, monitor utilization and capacity, lead weekly meetings, maintain agency management systems, and execute finance-related operational processes. You will also educate the field on outsourcing processes and act as a subject matter expert for operational questions, while supporting special operational initiatives and addressing challenges from various perspectives.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in employee benefits.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and agency management systems.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.
Preferred:
- L&H license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) and/or equivalent job experience.
- Experience working with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Smartsheet, M365.
