About the Role
As a Business Relationship Manager I (BRM) in Business Banking, you will acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million. You will deliver customized business banking solutions, conduct in-person calls with clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal partners to meet clients' financial needs while adhering to risk management protocols.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Ability to balance client needs with associated risks and interests of the firm.
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
