About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or operation support within the insurance, finance, or related industry.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Relationship Manager.
- Comprehensive understanding of administrative operations, information systems, and business processes.
- Experience managing projects with structured governance and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation capabilities.
