About the Role
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance regarding SAP, Solumina, and Citrix. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring operational productivity. You will work closely with various departments and management levels to enhance system operability and document savings.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP Materials Management, Solumina, Microsoft Office Suite, and Project Management tools.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred:
- Experience in identifying and solving help desk technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and information flow.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
