About the Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting processes, improving operational workflows, and supporting reporting initiatives across multiple platforms. Your daily tasks will include developing and maintaining process flows, analyzing financial and operational data, creating reports and dashboards, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

About You

Required:

Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, reporting).
Strong experience with process mapping and process flow documentation.
Experience creating detailed business and technical documentation.
Familiarity with reporting concepts and working with structured datasets.
Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations.
Experience using Jira and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Background supporting financial or operational data teams.
Fraud analysis or fraud operations experience.
Experience working in enterprise environments.
