About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- 3+ years' experience working in a software development environment, with at least 3 years directly involved in requirement gathering.
- Experience with SDLC and validation processes.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to write use cases and design specifications for moderately complex systems.
- Ability to mentor associate level Business System Analyst team members.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
