About You
- A baccalaureate degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field and one year of experience in a collections agency.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Previous debt collection experience.
- Ability to collect and analyze relevant financial data.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of NYC business and excise taxes.
