Summary
ZS is seeking a Business Technology Solutions Consultant - Patient Services to join their team in Princeton, NJ. The role focuses on leading the design and implementation of patient support programs using Salesforce Health Cloud.
About the Role
As a Business Technology Solutions Consultant, you will lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs, ensuring alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives. You will collaborate with solution architects, serve as a liaison between business and IT, and manage the requirements lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also include defining integration requirements, leading KPI design, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
About You
Required:
- Candidates must either be in their junior year of a Bachelor's degree or in their first year of a Master's degree specializing in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or a related field with academic excellence.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst or Techno-Functional experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
- Strong background in pharma patient services, specialty therapies, HUB operations, case management, or oncology support.
- Proven experience leading discovery and blueprinting workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent user-story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications: Health Cloud Consultant or Life Sciences Cloud.
- Experience with large global pharma clients in Patient Services.
- Familiarity with AI-driven and agentic workflows.
- Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies.
