About the Role
As a Business Transformation Life Sciences R&D Manager, you will lead client engagements, develop solutions, and innovate within the life sciences consulting practice. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in areas such as business transformation, commercial operations, and technology implementation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Biology, or Pharmacology.
- 6+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on advisory services.
- Strong prior experience in clinical trial design and execution.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- The executive presence to interact with the C-Suite.
Preferred:
- PhD in life sciences or bio-focused engineering discipline.
- Experience with commercial operations and analytics.
- Life science or biomedical background with experience in data analytics.
