About You
- Associate’s degree OR four (4) year state approved apprenticeship and at least three (3) years relevant leadership experience.
- In lieu of the education requirement, five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing or relevant leadership role.
- Familiarity with principles/concepts of Quality Systems/IWS within manufacturing.
- Ability to effectively mentor and lead employees in a team-based environment.
