- 7-10 years of experience in risk management within technology and/or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of technology and operations processes.
- MBA or graduate degree in business.
- Professional certification in risk management.
- Knowledge of financial services and banking products.
- Experience with the three lines of defense risk management framework.
