About the Role
As a Business Value Services Lead, you will lead value discovery workshops, build quantified business cases, create compelling value maps, and translate technical solutions into business narratives. You will collaborate with account teams to craft value-infused proposals, present business cases to customer executives, and support value realization efforts post-sale. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the BVS ROI Library.
About You
Required:- 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business analysis, sales engineering, pre-sales, customer success, or public sector advisory roles.
- Deep understanding of Public Sector, Education, or NGO environments including procurement processes, budget cycles, compliance requirements, and stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Demonstrated success in value-based selling or advisory engagements.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) for customer meetings.
Preferred:- Salesforce experience as a customer, implementation partner, or employee.
- Public Sector domain expertise in areas such as grants management or case management.
- Background as a former industry practitioner in government agencies or nonprofit organizations.
- Consulting or advisory firm experience.
- Technical background in CRM systems or platform architecture.
- Previous sales or customer-facing roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree in business or public administration.
