About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in materials planning, inventory management, production planning, or a related supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience working with MRP/ERP systems to plan, schedule, and manage raw materials.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, and material requirements planning.
- Experience managing raw material inventories and supporting production schedules in a plant setting.
- Proven ability to analyze inventory, demand, and planning data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate material risks clearly to stakeholders.
