About the Role

As a C&I Relationship Manager IV, you will be responsible for developing and managing a borrowing and non-borrowing portfolio, marketing products to commercial clients, and ensuring the retention and growth of client relationships. You will work closely with internal partners to develop new business, maintain a quality loan portfolio, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or finance preferred or equivalent banking experience.
Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience with a proven track record of generating deposit and fee income.
Strong credit skills and ability to manage complex lending structures.

Preferred:

Very strong professional writing skills.
Proven track record with sales and new business development.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance related to commercial lending.
