About the Role
As the C2 Systems Development & Production PM - Level 5, you will drive the end-to-end development and production of C2 systems across multiple business units and geographies. Your responsibilities will include leading complex development programs, managing contracts, aligning programs with mission requirements, and mitigating programmatic risks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Program experience in complex, multi-year development and production programs for U.S. Government customers (DoD, NASA, or intelligence community).
- Familiarity with C2 systems, software-intensive platforms, and autonomous solutions.
- Understanding of program financial measurements including EVMS and knowledge of program management processes.
- Experience in Cost/Schedule Management and Performance Excellence.
- Demonstrated experience developing, estimating, delivering and negotiating proposals.
- Active Secret Clearance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
- Large scale development and production program experience.
- Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process.
- Experience shaping medium to large programs to meet customer intent.
